Hi Bee and all,

Well, I have been off the program for awhile now, although I still take most of

supplements and eat very well, I still was not 100%. I cured my UTI and BV

issues though.

I had some routine blood work done and it came back showing slightly

hypothyroid. My GP said I was fine but I knew these figures were wrong. So I

went to a ND who specializes in thyroid and she told me 'Well, no wonder you

feel like crap " . I started on Naturethroid (like Armour) about 1 month ago. I

felt so bad about doing this Bee as I did not want to disappoint you but I need

to get my life back. I have been unable to work for over 2 years now. Looking

back at previous bloodwork, it looks like I may have been hypothyroid for over

10 years. Now I can see that I have all the classic symptoms.

Most recently, in fact the very day I started my meds, I found out that I was

pregnant. Shock, scared and very confused.

About 6 months ago I stated gaining weight (fast) and getting very bloated. I

was so bloated a few months back that even though I knew I was not pregnant, I

took a HPT just in case cuz I looked 4 months along. I never had any bloating

issues while on the diet. Why now?

Now the hypochondriac in me, who just read an article about ovarian cancer, is

thinking that these are all the classic symptoms of cancer and maybe this is not

candida related. The mind goes crazy especially when there are so many hormones

floating around.

I am also scared that because in a previous post you wrote to someone else that

NOT getting sick is a sign of a bad immune system, I too never get colds in the

winter (I do live in Florida). NOW, I'm worried that I'm not getting sick,

that's messed up.

I am worried that this pregnancy may not take (I had a miscarriage in Jan.) so I

have a few anxious weeks ahead of me in that regard.

I still feel pretty rough, as they say it will take awhile for the thyroid

hormones to kick in plus being pregnant does not help.

Any thoughts on the bloating? I know lots of people have suffered from this on

this forum but I never could find out what worked for them. I am taking ginger

tea now.

Ever grateful!
