Guest guest
Is there a page with suggestions on acceptable nuts? I read the ones that are not good but I'm drawing a blank on what else to look for. thanks Lara
Guest guest
I saw the food list and it lists what nuts NOT to eat, almonds, cashews, peanuts, and pistachios. Those are pretty much the only nuts I've been eating. Can you list some some suggestions on what OTHER raw nuts to look for? I didn't see any in the supermarket but I think I can ask the people at the health food store to order things they don't have but I need an idea of what to ask for. thanks Lara > > > > Is there a page with suggestions on acceptable nuts? Guest guest
Hi Jeanne, Nuts contain protein and carbs. Some nuts contain quite a high amount of carbs, so you really need to be careful about eating them. Guest guest
I stopped eating them. They made my candida react. heart raced. The more I heal, the more I feel what my body wants and doesn't. I think all along it has been the candida making my heart race, not just anxiety. Get out of me fungus! Guest guest
Don't u guys see the nuts in your p** when u go? Obviously that's a sign they are not being digested right. If u are REALLY sick like me I think Bee is just saying back off them some or all. I have to puree everything to eat right now. If there is a CHANCE u are feeding the candida with a nut, why take it? Just eat a few when u are healed. I just threw out 4 pounds of them! Everything I have Bee says is no good, LOL, but I haven't felt good either and maybe that is why and she knows what she is talking about. Bee; The US was in an uproar over irradiated food and the food companys said they wouldn't do it then, are u saying they did it anyways? Guest guest
Hi Jeanne, You are replying to a message written in 2006, so you might have gotten off track. I live in Canada, so you need to check the regulations for the US, and yes they are irradiating some foods. All spices, except organic and certified organic are irradiated, along with some fruits, vegetables and meats. Some fresh meats in the US are being injected with salt solutions, treated with carbon monoxide, etc. to preserve them, etc. If you want to be sure you'd need to check with the individual food suppliers. Or less? +++Hi . If you have poor digestion you shouldn't have any nuts or seeds. Otherwise, a small handful 2 times a day might be okay. You have to go by how you do on them.
