Hi Everyone,

I am new to the group....but not new to candida. :-)

I apparantly have suffered it most of my life and recently, very acutely. I am

finally learning what my diet should be from this site. Thank goodness.

But, I just made some nut butter balls and used a glycerine based vanilla. Now

I'm worried because it seems I've read somewhere that glycerine is a sugar.

True??

I need to know.....Just this morning I went through what I promise myself will

be my LAST 'hard core' detox (!!!!)from yeast.

Should I throw my glycerin laced nut balls in the garbage??
