Question 1. Since I started the diet, it is day 27 now, I have had bad leg

cramps every night. And my legs twitch and pulse a lot during the day. I have

not had leg cramps in the past any more than the average person once in a while.

I am taking Solaray Calcium citrate 250 mg in the a.m and 500 mg in the p.m. I

was taking magnesium citrate but ran out in a hurry because I had to take 3 caps

to equal the calcium. I had to buy store bought magnesium oxide 250mg pills. I

have been taking 250 mg. in a.m. and 500 mg. p.m. Sometimes I take an extra in

the middle of the night when the cramps are bad. I just ordered magnesium

citrate from iherb. It's not here yet. I have read others posts about leg

cramps. I have not taken enough sea salt as yet. Could that be it? Today I will

start making sure I get the electrolyte drink as recommended.

Question 2. For those of you who have your own chickens for eggs, how do you

sanitize the eggs before making calcium powder?

Question 3. Is jicama okay to eat, or is it too carby/starchy?

Question 4. What is the benefit of a niacin flush again? I had my first the

other day and it was very unpleasant.

p.s. I am feeling so much better in my first 27 days on this diet. I am so glad

I found you. Also, my husband and teenage daughter...not on the band wagon

yet...are liking the meals I am making. So I am hoping they will come around to

try the whole plan soon.

thanks a bunch,

Heidi
