Hi everyone,

We have a group member from France who cannot find Epsom salts there. Does

anyone have a source or an alternative?

Ror the member from France, I just Googled " Epsom Salt in France " and found a

post on a gardening webiste chat group that said this, " Epsom salt not being

available in France, I have obtained the equivalent from the pharmacy: chlorure

de magnesium. "

and I found this: " Epsom salt is magnesium sulphate (MgSO4) "

Perhaps you can ask a Pharmacist about a suitable equivalent.

Hopefully we'll get someone form the group to share a resource.

Jackie

I get my organic essential oils, they are trustful.

Hi and group,

I live in Switzerland and found epsom salt in the Drogerie and in the Pharmacy.

It is pharmaceutical grade and is very expensive, but the drogerie was able to

order me some animal grade epsom salt for a little cheaper. Bee told me that I

could also soak in Hydrogen Peroxide which I also found at the Drogerie and

should be at the Pharmacy. I would think things would be similar in France.

Hope you start getting over the die-off soon, ; I have the opposite problem

:).

Hi everyone,

I was moved to tears when I saw your messages. Thank you all so much for your

concern and help.

I had found something similar but wasn't sure what the ingredients were. Between

the chlorure de magnesium and the magnesium sulfate, I got a bit lost. But

judging from the link Adri gave me, it appears to be mag sulfate. I will base my

search on this then.

So far I'm still battling a low-grade fever just about every day and some severe

bloating. I'm just hoping this will come to an end very soon. I'm now at the

two week mark. Please, let this end!

Cheers and thanks so much,

,

I forgot to mention another option. I ordered some epsom salt through Ebay UK.

There are quite a few options for little money; the most expensive part is the

shipping. I'm not charged customs/VAT if I keep it under 65 francs, maybe it's

similar in France. Here's a link:

Feel better soon,

+++Hi . You can expect to get such symptoms as you progress on this

program, because of how the body heals itself naturally. So your symptoms will

come and go as you continue. Over time your good days will increase and your

bad days decrease.

Natural healing is not a steady uphill climb towards health, since unfortunately

it has its ups and downs due to how the body heals itself.

To help your gas and bloating you could cut back on the coconut oil and take

more time to increase it, or drink some raw ginger tea.

The best, Bee
