Guest guest
Hello, http://www.mov.vic.gov.au/wasps/aid.htm Applying an ice-pack to the sting site helps reduce the pain and swelling. The ice-pack should contain a mixture of ice and water rather than placing ice directly on the skin. If you have a homeopathic kit... remedy apis 30c or whatever you have in apis should help immensely. thoughts mike slivinski On Sun, 3 Jun 2001 19:49:58 EDT LASHLIN@... writes: > Hi Group, > Just got stung by a wasp on right thumb. Guest guest
Lash, I tried several things I had heard about when I was stung last month. The two that helped were a wet paste of Arm & Hammer, and later a poultice with apple cider vinegar. BArely felt a thing afterward. jim LASHLIN@... wrote: > > Hi Group, > Just got stung by a wasp on right thumb. First aid treatment anyone? > Please? Guest guest
Correct me if I am wrong But I believe that wasp stings are a protein. I also believe that like snakebite, the protein can be neutralized with an electronic unit. I had the impression that I could use a stinger (defensive weapon) on a serious snake bite in an emergency. May be a shocking experience, however, the immediate pain may pay dividends. I believe that for a wasp sting, the benefit/price ratio may languish, however. I would not recommend the practice. Only thought that the idea could withstand some feedback. Maybe the e Zapper would do for a wasp sting. Another harmless test could be to try a niobinium magnet applied directly to the site. Just some ideas. I am sure that these possibilities will receive just review here. wasp sting > > > > Hi Group, > > Just got stung by a wasp on right thumb. First aid treatment anyone? > > Please? Guest guest
Thank you Bee for your reply. Sorry I emailed you directly. I will do another soak hydrogen peroxide. My hand is still swelling more but I'll get it under control in the next few days I will be continuing on this way of eating for life as well as supplements since there has been much improvement and I want to keep it that way. Also as you always say our tastes change and this is my way of life now. All the best Laurie

Eating this way for life is the best way to ensure you are healthy. Good for you! You can't go wrong following Nature's laws.
