Dear Bee,

I am currently having severe problems with my liver. I have chronic pressure

right under my ribcage that wraps around to the back. I started getting

constipated. Yesterday I started feeling really sick. My ears got congested,

overall feeling sick, legs are weak kinda tingeling, feeling sick to my stomach,

I almost fell out, and severe itching of the skin all over my body. I had my

gallbladder removed about 7 months ago. I also have yellowish stools.

To me it feels like the liver is congested and doesn't release bile

sufficiently. Last blood test I had done was a few weeks ago before the

disscomfort started and my liver enzymes were slightly elevated. (ref range

0-40). Mine were 44. I hope you have some answers.

Thanks,

Mike

+++Hi Mike. Welcome to our group!

All of your symptoms indicate you have candida overgrowth, so first you need to

read and learn about it, so you understand candida, and what you need to do and

why:

Please ensure you read two important articles so you understand candida, and

know what you need to do and why:

1) How to Successfully Overcome Candida

2) Curing Candida, How to Get Started

I recommend new people who have liver problems do coffee enemas to help

decongest their liver - see this:

http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/enema1.php

Also here's an article that explains why you itch so badly:

http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/treat14.php

Since you do not have a gall bladder you need to do these 2 things:

1) Eat meals every day at exactly the same time so your liver gets used to

letting down bile at the right time.

2) Don't snack between meals (only have liquids), so your liver doesn't get

confused as to when it should let down bile.

After you read please get back to us with any questions.

Dear Bee,

I have tried a coffee enema before but didn't find any relief. Should I up the

coffee next time maybe. Will I also feel an emptying of the liver or squirt

since I don't have a gallbladder anymore?

+++Hi Mike. If you only had one that doesn't give them much of a chance to help

you. They are prescribed to cancer patient since they are very beneficial for

helping the liver and adrenals.

Also ensure you are making the coffee correctly. No, you won't feel the squirt.

Usually there is a sense of overall relief.

+++Hi April. Are you sure it is liver pain? To make sure look up images on the

internet, since the gall bladder would have been located close to your liver

too.

Since your gall bladder wasremoved last year your body could be retracing that

operation - see this article on retracing:

http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/heal10.php

You shouldn't do enemas too often so your bowels have a chance to function

normally in between. More is not better.

There are other things that help your liver too:

1) dry skin brushing or some other mild form of exercise

2) plenty of good fats along with fat nutrients (omega 3, vitamins A, D & E) as

I recommend

3) castor oil packs over the liver

4) liver pump massages, etc.

You can find these on my website: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/

My gallbladder was removed in may of this year. That couldn't be retracing could

it?

Do you advise any herbs to support the liver?

I also feel constipated in my colon. Almost as if one of the bends is stuffed

up. Is there any way to get this unclogged? Enema don't seem to help.

Thanks

+++Hi Mike, Yes, it would definitely be " retracing " of your operation since

you've started the program recently. It takes 1 month of natural healing for

every year since you've had an injury (including operations), illnesses,

symptoms, diseases, organ malfunctions, etc.

> Do you advise any herbs to support the liver?

+++I don't advise herbs since they are also diuretic, making your body lose

water along with minerals. It is better to do one of these treatments, which do

not interfere with nutrients:

1) dry skin brushing or some other mild form of exercise

2) plenty of good fats along with fat nutrients (omega 3, vitamins A, D & E) as

I recommend

3) castor oil packs over the liver

4) liver pump massages, etc.

up. Is there any way to get this unclogged? Enema don't seem to help.

+++Do massages as described in this article:

http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/massage1.php

+++Also increase your good fats to help your bowels, and you can also put a

castor oil pack over your abdomen.

All the best, Bee
