Guest guest
I use it, too, but get it at Trader Joes. From: <cynsayre@...>Subject: RE: Re: tooth soapiodine Date: Sunday, February 15, 2009, 4:57 PM Kathleen, No, not all Vitamin E is made from soy, however a lot of them are. I use UB Ultra Botanicals CoQ10 with Vitamin E and it is all natural. It’s guaranteed to be free of corn, milk, soy, salt, sugar, wheat, yeast, artificial flavors or preservatives. The ingredients are also non-Irradiated. I did a lot of searching before finding this one and have been very pleased. As for brushing my teeth with bar soap…. Good gosh NO! LOL, my Mother use to wash out my mouth with bar soap when I was bad and I can still remember that horribly bubbly, nasty taste…YIKES! What I do use to brush my teeth now is Tom’s Natural Care of Maine. Its fluoride free and it’s a natural anti-plaque, with silica for whitening and zinc citrate for tartar control, tooth paste. I purchased it at Winn-Dixie but their web site address is www.tomsofmaine. com Phone number: 1-800-FOR-TOMS. Abundant Blessings, _
Guest guest
Hi , thank you for telling me about the soy less vitamin E, good to know. Yes I have used Toms toothpaste before and many other natural fluoride free tooth pastes, but really, tooth soap/ bar soap has been found to re mineralize teeth and prevent decay, I know it sounds crazy but google sometime and you will be surprised. At first I thought it odd too, until my newsletter Alternatives by Dr , published studies on how bar soap is so much better for the teeth. You only use a bit and you don’t want to use soap that has deodorant added, just old fashioned bar soap. Guest guest
no. 1 don't drink sodas of any kind, eat real fruits and vegs, and the tooth soap actually nourishes the teeth and gums. linda rn Re: tooth soap Anyone else have any experience with plaque or cavities when you switched away from fluorinated toothpastes? I know I need to make the switch, but I am so afraid (we have no dental insurance, so we go to the dentist every 9 months, and the last thing I need is cavities in me or my family!!!) Anyone have any encouraging words when switching from fluorinated pastes?? Jolin
Guest guest
it works either way when the pH is out of balance, and the tooth soap acts as nutrition to the teeth and gums and the salt will drive potassium out of the cells. so if you need to swish, just use plain pH neutral H2O. linda rn tooth soapiodine Date: Sunday, February 15, 2009, 2:19 PM I wanted to let people know that I bought the tooth soap that was recommended on this site. I've been using it for a few weeks now and after getting over the soapy taste of it I find that my teeth feel much cleaner, especially in the mornings. My teeth aren't quite as sensitive either, especially to certain foods, heat and cold. I went for a cleaning about a week after using the tooth soap. The good news is that it was the first time that I wasn't gripping the chair, grimacing, or having excessive mouth watering while she was cleaning my teeth. The hygienist commented that my gums weren't as "friable" and they hardly bleed at all. I was very happy needless to say as it was finally some tangible reward for all that I've been doing. I don't know if the Iodoral is helping with that or that in combination with all of the supplements, tooth soap and cleansings I've done. Finally, some pay back! Yeah! The bad news was that I had some plaque which I usually don't have and that was after switching from a flourided toothpaste(sensodyn e) to a natural toothpaste that my holistic dentist recommended (at $8 a tube) which also tasted horrendous (periopaste) . So, I'm hoping the toothsoap will address the plaque issue and I'll have better news at the next visit in three months.Laurie

Guest guest
I have been using coq10 for many years. I just realized after reading elsewhere that I need to increase the dosage. I currently take 60 mg. Laurie

Guest guest
As a cheaper alternative to Tooth Soap, has anybody used Dr. Bronner's Castille soap? These are the ingredients: Coconut, olive, hemp, jojoba and peppermint oils (all organic), mentha arvensis extract, citric acid and vit. E. Would this be all right to use? Guest guest
Thanks for sharing this very interesting. The additives put into products no wonder we all feel sick. Marie:) > > > > Hi all > > > > Just went to the web site and she added a vedio that talks about the harsh chemicals in soap and also the ph balance in toothpaste. I was glad to see that. > > > > In Light Lynn > > >
