Hi Colleen,

Will you be sending the snacks on a daily basis, or do they require you send

enough snacks for a week or two?

If you can get your hands on a dehydrator, making jerky might be a good snack

that doesn't need to be refrigeration for long periods of time.

You might also send some cherry tomatoes. They are ok without refrigeration for

a few days.

If you can send snacks daily, almost anything can stay cool in a chilled thermos

for a couple of hours - a boiled egg, some cooked chicken pieces, etc.
