Guest guest
Hi Colleen, Will you be sending the snacks on a daily basis, or do they require you send enough snacks for a week or two? If you can get your hands on a dehydrator, making jerky might be a good snack that doesn't need to be refrigeration for long periods of time. Here's a link to the recipe: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/recipes/recipe273.php You might also send some cherry tomatoes. They are ok without refrigeration for a few days. If you can send snacks daily, almost anything can stay cool in a chilled thermos for a couple of hours - a boiled egg, some cooked chicken pieces, etc. Hope that helps! > > my 5yo ds will be going to kindergarden on august 31 and i need to send snacks for the teacher to keep at school and it can't be something that needs refrigeration. any ideas? i am clueless. any help would be greatly appreciated. > Thanks > Colleen >
