Guest guest
Hi Bee All day yesterday I had a very sharp intense pain where my liver is. It hurt every time i breathed in and when I laughed- even talking was a chore. I also had a fever last night and a terrible pain in my head, with a really bloated tummy. Today my pain in my liver is not as bad, still there slightly, however now there is a similar pain where my appendix is. I have been sticking to the diet, except 3 days ago I had a piece of cake at a party where my will power was really under pressure I know these may be die-off symptoms, but I am quite concerned, considering the pain is in the area of vital organs. Should i be worried? Could it have possibly been the cake that brought this unbearable pain on me? I am also worried as my Naturopath did vega testing on me and found that my liver was around 40% stressed (2 weeks ago) so I am concerned as I dont want to put any extra stress on my liver. Is there anything i can take to ease the pressure off my liver? Thank you so much for your help _________________________________________________________________ Take a peek at other people's pay and perks Check out The Great Australian Pay Check http://clk.atdmt.com/NMN/go/157639755/direct/01/

All of your symptoms are die-off/ detoxifying symptoms, except possibly the pain near your appendix. For that I suggest you see the doctor right away in case there is an emergency situation. But since the pain in your liver has lessened I wouldn't be concerned about it. The liver processes toxins, so it is understandable it will hurt when you cheat since sugar feeds candida which makes it produce more toxins. It also depends upon how much the liver is congested. Whenever you have pain in an organ or area apply heat to it which helps relieve it somewhat. > I am also worried as my Naturopath did vega testing on me and found that my liver was around 40% stressed (2 weeks ago) so I am concerned as I dont want to put any extra stress on my liver. Is there anything i can take to ease the pressure off my liver? +++It is very common for candida sufferers to have very stressed livers. I knew a boy 10 years old who was hospitalized for poor liver function, yet they found nothing. His Mother finally realized had candida and put him on the program. His liver eventually normalized and functioned like it should. +++There are many things on this program that help the liver a lot, including the high good fats along with fat nutrients like omega 3, vitamins A, D & E - of course all nutrients work together. +++To alleviate liver congestion do coffee enemas, dry skin brushing (or another mild exercise), take Epsom salt baths, do liver massages (called Liver Pump Technique), or apply Castor Oil Packs on your liver - all of these can be found on my website. I have been done with the coffee enemas for about 3 months now (following your schedule) but did one almost 2 weeks ago because my liver hurt. > > My question is, even though I still have some liver pain should I just let it be or do I need to do coffee enemas again? I'd rather not, but if you think I should because I'm having liver pain I will. Maybe I would only need a couple? Just don't want to overdo anything and not sure what else will help my liver. I do dry skin brush and take epsom salt baths 3 times a week. But still having liver pain off and on. Maybe that's okay if it isn't constant? +++Hi , I wouldn't be concerned since the pain does come and go. It is also possible your body is " retracing " liver issues you had in the past. If you are concerned you can do a castor oil pack over your liver instead of coffee enemas: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/pack.php Bee
