Having fine white hairs on your cheeks and chin are normal for everyone to have, so no it isn't a die-off symptom. It means your body is starting to normalize like it should. I was reading an article online and a woman had candida and wasnt eating good or anything.. infact she said she was eating very poorly...and started to get the white hairs and said when she was eating well they went away. Bee Bee, thank you for all your help. I was just wondering if there was some sort of explaination because health and healing is so interesting to me sense starting on your program.
