All the Kyolics I found are specialized - cardio, cholesterol etc...So what do I take? Since I am nursing, I am not takimg the HCL, but cannot find unpasturized sauerkraut in my area although we do have kim chee - bleck. Is making it quite a bit of trouble or not to bad?
