Hi,

I thought I posted this earlier, but do not see it, so please forgive me if this

is a duplicate posting..

Is non-organic goats milk butter okay? My store has 2 butter options...

Liberte brand, goats milk butter, NOT organic, or I can get organic cow;s milk

butter. I think both are pasturized. Which is the better option?

Also,

I have an ice cream maker but the container is made of aluminum. The ice cream

ingredients will only be in the container 20 minutes, but should I avoid using

this because of the aluminum or do you think it's okay? I really don't like

the plastic bag method, but will do it if it's better.

Thanks for all your help.

Donna

+++Hi Donna. Yes you did post your message earlier, and I replied to it this

morning.

Most days I am on the computer early in the morning and have to stop after

several hours, so you might need to wait for my responses until the next

morning, depending upon when you post your message.

All the best, Bee
