Guest guest
Hi Bee, I'm mostly doing your program, but am having a mental block about getting off of fruit. I keep telling myself to pick a date and just do it! Anyway, I'm getting there... So I went shopping for a friend of mine, and she had me buy some plain Greek yogurt for her. I had a moment of weakness and bought some for myself and ate some. My 20 month old is still nursing, and has had constipation issues her whole life. (You have advised me on this once before.) She's on your program to the extent that I am, and she gets about 85% of her nutrition from breastmilk. Well, the girl pooped when I ate that yogurt, and her poops were not hard! I'll do just about anything to help her poop, so I've been eating this yogurt every day. I decided to stop eating the yogurt and take some probiotic instead, but she went 5 days without pooping and so I started eating the yogurt again, and now she's pooping again. So my question is, what can I add into my diet to be able to stop eating yogurt? I was thinking of the rejuvelac - I haven't tried that yet, but maybe it's time? Thanks so much!
