Guest guest
Eventually, I think it started to disappear around 4 weeks post op for me - but didn't completely go away until 3 or 4 months afterward. I've heard some people who said it never went away completely. stroppyfella <lockway@...> wrote: Does the funny (metalic Taste) go after surgery? It wasn't possible to remove all of the c-toma from the facial nerve. This, however, is very rare. Diane http://www.sassysuds.com

But now I have a very sweet taste-some days it's almost sickening? Is this part of detoxing more metals or is this normal taste? I guess it's pretty sad that I don't know what a normal taste is! I've had this for 1-2 months now. Thank you so,so much for all your help!!! Ann Me too! I can taste sweetness in everything, even when its not! Even water tastes sweet sometimes and I have also had the metallic taste aswell. Cant wait to hear what Beet thinks about this! I wouldn't be concerned about having a sweet taste in your mouth. I don't believe a sweet taste is normal. I don't have it. But I believe this will change too, just like the metal taste. There will be many changes as you progress on the program. Just believe in your body, and that it does everything for a very good reason. I was beginning to think I was nuts. It's usually when I am drinking water, but still I get the sweet taste. Thanks for the post. I'm glad I'm not the only one.
