thanks for sharing!!

As I read this I wondered if you have done the opponents/allies

lesson. Sometimes my close relationships go funny and I test if it is

because one of us has become another's opponent.

reaction to his (non) communication. I instantly givemyself a

traumatic experience. I don't want that anymore. I want tostay neutral

if he doesn't say anything back. I want to ask him a nextquestion if I

just don't understand what he is saying. I want to leaveit be when I

don't understand and don't know what to do. > > What can I do? What is

that I have extreme die off a few days later. Mainly extreme bloating, gas and

constipation.I notice this seems to keep happening about 2 days after I do a

coffee enema. But then after a couple days I'm fine again. I'm up to 5 tbls of

coconut oil/day along with all the supplements. Should I not take as much CO

after a coffee enema for a few days? Not sure if one has to do with the other so

wanted to ask your opinion.

+++Hi . I doubt that your symptoms are caused by the coffee enema.

But, hopefully you are using caffeinated coffee and using non-chlorinated water.

Also you should be doing a clear water enema first, and then do the coffee

enema. Also ensure you aren't doing them more than every 5 days, and after 2

months go to once a week, etc.

First, I think you should dilute the coffee a little; mix less coffee in the

same amount of water. Later you can increase it to the normal levels.

Could you have you increase your coconut oil too quickly?

You have a wonderful day too.

+++Hi . I see my reply to you isn't appearing yet, so if it doesn't (and

it went into cyberspace) please let me know.

I am using caffeinated organic coffee with non-chlorinated water. I've been

doing the clear water enema first and then follow with the coffee. I did not

slowly increase the coffee dosage though...I started with 2 tbls and that's what

I've been doing for 4 weeks. I only do one a week...so I've only done 4 so far.

This week when I do one I will decrease the coffee a little then and see if that

helps. I'm also having a hard time retaining them. When I'm at about 12 oz I've

been having to expell. I do finish all the water but hardly hold it. Is this not

very beneficial then?

And awhile back I increased CO  too fast so I went back down and took it slow

this time. On days I have too much die off though I do cut back for a few days.

Thanks for your thoughts!

+++Hi . Everything you are doing is okay. It might help to decrease the

coffee dosage. Let me know if it helps.

+++Don't be concerned if you do not retain the enema; it will still help you a

lot.

+++That's okay.

The best, Bee

P.S. , would you please " trim your messages? " Thanks.
