Guest guest
Hello Bee After the second day that I've been using a totally natural way to clean my teeth (baking soda + cinnamon + non chlorinated water) my oral thrush is for the first time extremely better. I have been accidentaly using a toothpaste with glycerine all this time (6 months on your diet). Was that feeding candida? Maybe that was the reason for my persistant thrush? I know now that glycerine is a no no but is it actually feeding candida? Thank you Marisa
