Yes, throw your glycerin laced nut balls in the garbage. Also nuts must be properly prepared to make them fit to eat - see this article: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/foods18.php What do you mean LAST 'hard core " detox, since I don't recommend any kind of serious detox programs or products, since they cause the body to become flooded with toxins too fast, which doesn't help you get healthier, and it is unnecessary. The only way candida is cured is by building up your immune system so it becomes strong enough to " make " candida (and any other bugs) " change back " into the friendly organism they are supposed to be in the body. This is mainly done with " proper nutrients " (my diet plus supplements), which provide the body with what it needs to heal itself naturally. Also my high " good " fats program detoxifies the body naturally, and even gets rid of heavy metals. But it is the longer slow way, which doesn't overwhelm the body with too many toxins at one time. That takes time, patient and persistence on the program. Natural healing takes 1 month for every year you've been unwell, and for most people nowadays that is since before they were born. I suggest you read: 1) How to Successfully Overcome Candida 2) Curing Candida, How to Get Started http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/menu2_8.php See these many Success Stories for encouragement: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/success/index.php All the best, Bee
Guest guest
.. > Thanks Bee, > Into the garbage they go! > By 'hard core' I do mean getting quite sick. I was actually throwing up Sunday morning. > I did this many times before by using oregano oil...but not in a healthy way... I just didn't know any better. Â I was then just trying to figure it out all on my own. Â Last week I broke down and ate popcorn which bothered me then I made salads with balsamic vinegar which seemed to really put me in bad shape I even get lovely fungal growths on my skin. Â Other wise I haven't had any candida food in my diet for months. Â All I had to do was stop the vinegar salads and two days later I was sick...(it was quick, though, just a couple of hours) > I have finally found a naturopath that gets it and is helping me. A couple of immune sytem supporting herbals and helping me avoid foods that I have developed a sensitivity to (thank you leaky gut syndrome). I've been on a Traditional diet for years which helped to some degree so I knew my problem was diet. Â I have been eating a Primal diet for the last couple of months. > I also find that all the research you have done is amazingly helpful in knowing what to eat AND that I can trust what you say.....there is a lot of junk out there (!) which can make finding ones' way to the truth very confusing. > So I've eaten primal for a couple of months now and having just recently found your site. I've restricted myself from the few candida suspicous foods I was still eating. Â I have allowed myself the 'sin' of nut butters. Hazelnut, macadamia, and yes the dreaded irradiated almond. :-) Â They don't seem to bother me and I try to eat them in moderate snack amounts. Â I do have lot of nuts on hand that have been soaked and dried properly. > Thank you so much for all your research and sharing it! Â You will be a big part of my return to health and living life again! > I felt amazingly better eating primal but your knowledge will fine tune my diet to perfection. > Thank you! > Carole
