in magnesium.

Grace, My daughter also has Cal-mag, which has calcium with the

magnesium where the calm is just magnesium. The site is

www.vites.com

I am going to get something there for her yeast overgrowth problem.

Bee,

Obviously not, I didn't make that clear and I wont be. If we do get a

craving for it though can we take extra magnesium as the craving would signify

magnesium deficiency, wouldn't it?

+++Hi . Yes, to some degree that is correct. But we also have a sweet

tooth which craves sugars, whether it is in chocolate or not, which doesn't mean

we need extra magnesium.
