Guest guest
Grace, My daughter also has Cal-mag, which has calcium with the magnesium where the calm is just magnesium. The site is www.vites.com I am going to get something there for her yeast overgrowth problem. > , > > What is the powdered calm and where do you get it from? Guest guest
Bee, Obviously not, I didn't make that clear and I wont be. If we do get a craving for it though can we take extra magnesium as the craving would signify magnesium deficiency, wouldn't it? I wouldn't approve of having chocolate when you're on this program anyway. Bee

But we also have a sweet tooth which craves sugars, whether it is in chocolate or not, which doesn't mean we need extra magnesium.
