Hi ,

Yeah, this has not been a pleasant experience. I am now having a reaction

to the tetracycline my dermatologist has me on. My whole body feels like it

is burning and itching like a bad sunburn. I started the pills on wed

evening and by Fri morning, I was itching and burning like crazy. I called

my derm, and she was gone for the day, then I called my PCP and he was out

too, so I called the pharmacist, and he told me to call my Dr. I almost

called Dr Don, but he already thinks I am a freak. Guess I will just suffer

through until monday.

Hope your summer is going great!

Zoe,

Probably the real reason AED's cause osteoporosis is not calcium and Vitamin

D interference, it is because of the interuption they cause with proteins.

Osteoporosis is not, and I repeat not, due to the lack of calcium, that is a

marketing causality, it is mainly due to poor collagen matrixing with the

calcium and trace mineral abnormalities.
