Guest guest
I have a 5 year old daughter who is having (undiagnosed) atonic and axial tonic that are brief (seconds). I am looking for dosing advice for B12 and B6. She is ~50 lbs. P
Guest guest
, I read somewhere on the internet that children can have up to 200mg of B6, but I normally give my daughter who's 13yo 50mg since I also give her a multi-vitamin and a Bcomplex, but I don't know about the B12, I do know, however that you can give a pretty high dose. Maybe someone who knows about vitamins can tell us. Guest guest
Dear , in addition to this group you might also want to join b6children The parents of b6children are very expert in vitamins, dosage and the different questions inherent. The two groups will provide you with excellent info to improve things. I hope the very best for your daughter and you!
