Jim,

Thanks for the article because that is all I use Canola oil. I used to

use Crisco oil, but my cholesterol was high so I was told to use Canola

oil because it helped reduce my cholesterol. Now I'm really confused.

What is the best oil to use, does anybody know??? I don't know what to

believe anymore. A couple of years ago, I heard that eggs were really

bad for you, now they're supposed to be very important in your diet. Who

and what do you believe???

The most recent research I've seen seems to show peanut oil and olive oil

and the safest. I wish I knew for sure too. I had been using Canola Oil for

sometime but recently read that it was not recommended for people with

Autism - so I assumed it would also not be best for those who experience

seizures.
