He says to avoid Taurine, that is strange cause I have heard good things about Taurine here and other places, from Arnold, and I take it myself.

I'm surprised, because I use taurine also. Maybe he just isn't well

informed on that item. The articles looked good overall, my reason

for posting. Bummer! Maybe we should send him some information on

taurine? What did you tink of the other stuff on the web site?
