Guest guest
Dear Zoe, I followed Dr. Hulda 's Protocol for the Liver Cleanse to the Nth Degree. First I purchased the book, "The Cure For All Diseases" by Dr. Hulda and after reading the book I purchased a "Zapper" and began the Parasite Cleanse with Cloves, Wormwood, and Extra Strength Black Walnut Hull Tincher to rid the body of all internal parasites. All of this is of course required before attempting the Liver Cleanse. After starting the Parasite Cleanse I continued with the Daily Zapping and the Weekly Parasite Maintanence Program. I didn't have to work New Years Eve or New Years Day and so I thought that New Years Eve would be a good time to do my First Liver Cleanse. Early on New Years Eve I ate a No-Fat Breakfast of Oatmeal an Fruit with no milk. For Lunch I had a Baked Potato and some Carrots with no butter. After 2pm I didn't eat or drink anything. At 6pm I drank my First mixture of "1" tbs of Epson Salts and "3/4" Cup of Water. At 8pm I repeated this same mixture. At 9:45 I made a mixture of "1/2" Cup of Olive Oil mixed with "3/4" Cup of Fresh Grapefruit Juice (minus the pulp) At 10pm I took "4" Ornithine Capsules to ensure a good nights sleep and chased them down with the Olive Oil and Fresh Grapefruit Juice that I had just prepared and went to bed immediately. I had to drink this mixture standing up. At 6am New Years Day I took my "3rd" Dose of Epson Salts and Water, and went to the bathroom passing tons of "chaff" stuff that looks like sand except it's green and floats and approx "15" stones and went back to bed. At 8am I took my final Dose of Epson Salts and went to the bathroom passing about the same amount of "chaff" and went back to bed. Approx at 10am I ate some Fruit and went to the bathroom passing some more "chaff" Approx at 11am I ate a light meal and went to the bathroom passing some more "chaff" I understand that some people don't always get out all the "stones" the First time, nevertheless, I did get out all that "chaff" (tons of it) and I feel a thousand times better and look forward to hopefully doing another one in approx 2wks. It is interesting to note that Dr. suggests that you do the Liver Cleanse every "2" wks until you get out about 2,000 "stones". Take Care, P.S.- My wife is so impressed with the ease and the results of Dr. 's Liver Cleanse, that she is going to do one this Sunday. Guest guest
Dear , I'm going to look into it, get the book, etc. Where did you find the supplies, (wormwood, esp, and the " zapper " --what's that?). Did you have any cramps or spasms, that would worry me. Plus, I can't have gluten, lactose, or caffeine. Sounds like it was good for you, so I'm inspired. Guest guest
Thank you Gail I ozonated the oil last time too and did not find a difference. When I did a colonic before the liver cleanse I had no success. Simply because I could not lay still. The Epsom Salt on top of an empty colon kept me in the bathroom constantly. That is one reason I did not do it after the Master Cleanse. I followed the original including food suggestions she had and all was well. Will do that again but without the parasite cleanse. Can still taste those cloves...horrible Love and Light Christel
Guest guest
my wife and i tried hulda clarks liver cleanse and we both got sick , sick, sick. in fact we didn't actually finish it. the next morn we couldn't hardly get out of bed much less take any more.... and there wasn't any sleeping going on either. i know i/we need to do it but haven't got up the nerve to try it again....... it was really baaad. ----------- In that case maybe it would be wise to follow the entire protocol of Dr because she says in her book....if you have parasites in the liver you will get very sick And I always had to take the Ornothine or I was awake all night Love and Light Christel PS:You can find all her cleanses at >>>.net<<<

Re: Dr. Hulda 's liver cleanse Hi Christel, I usually do it without first doing the parasite cleanse, and I've always just done the original. I think it's a good idea to do some kind of fasting first as the apple juice and beet juice. I also think the ornithine is helpful to sleep but the sleeping or not doesn't seem to affect the effectiveness of the cleanse. At the same time, it's always a good thing to follow directions. Still the original works and I've found doing the MC first and then following up with the homozon and apple cider (didn't have any juice) really increased the effectiveness of the cleanse. In my opinion, it's just a really good cleanse and it's kind of hard to mess it up anyway. I've never ozonated the oil but have added black walnut tincture and didn't notice any difference. gail -- In oxyplus , Christelti@... wrote: > > Dr altered it a bit. Guest guest
Christelti, Because you are fasting for so much longer than part of a day, there seems to be not much of a problem with lack of eating. I also take my epsom salts with grapefruit juice which really helps with the empty stomach syndrome. It helps with the burning, at the other end, that the stomach juices create when taking the epsom salts. I really have nothing bad to say about the MC-liver flush combo. I have only had positive results! The epsom salts are for 2 purposes. 1) to relax the bile ducts and 2) to be used as a laxative and remove blockages that may prevent the toxins being released into the digestive system. I find that on the MC I can reduce the epsom salts a little because they are not needed as a laxative. I have cut them by half and still felt the flush was successful. Due to not eating, the liver is full ready to push the toxins out. (I have no gallbladder). Before doing this combo routine, I had constant pain on the right side and pain radiating to my back shoulder blade for years, after the gall bladder was removed. I have been virtually pain free for 2 years now. Only once in a while, after a real fatty meal, do I feel a hint of discomfort. G Murray P.S. I have not done the parasite cleanse during the last 2 years before the liver cleanses, as I had performed a few and saw no results. I now have my family go on pumkin seed eating sprees a couple times a year. And am a big garlic fan. Guest guest
My understanding is that the Epsom salts is only to clear the bowel (as a laxative). The olive oil is to allow the stored bile to be released by relaxing the bile ducts and gall bladder so that the stones are flushed out. The bile should be stored because no fats have been eaten all day, therefore it gives a good flush! If you do the liver cleanse during you MC, then there should be almost no need to take the Epsom salts as your bowels should be zippy clean from the MC, salt flushes, etc. Provided, of course, that you have been on the MC for several days before you do the liver cleanse. Of course, the Epsom salt will give a double whammy! :-) but your bowels would already be squeaky clean! Guest guest
Hi Ken, What I have read is that the /magnesium/ is what relaxes the bile ducts. Magnesium is a natural muscle relaxer, so that makes sense to me. The oil would be a lubricant, which would make them a good team. Guest guest
Hi Ken, You really need the epsom salts to relax the bile ducts. It has been used by many on the gallbladder list (myself included) during an attack and the pain subsides very quickly. It is it's number one reason for taking the epsom salts. The laxative use is really just a by-product of using them for the relaxation of smooth muscles. check out the list gallstones It is moderated by curezone staff. Guest guest
Thanks. I have been corrected by many now and appreciate it. Sorry for the confusion I may have caused. Obviously I misunderstood the mechanism big-time! ;-) Best wishes and much love, Ken Ken Gullan Institute for Research Integration (IRI), San Diego, CA 92106-2424 IRI is a 501C(3) non-profit corporation established to help children with developmental difficulties.
