Dear Sisters~

I cannot begin to thank you for your sincere thoughtfulness and

compassion. When I read this post, the tears just started flowing. I

am so touched by your kindness and support, that I am truly speechless

and cannot find the words to adequately thank you, but I want you to

know that I truly appreciate your efforts to help us, and I am just

beside myself I am so touched. Thank you so much!

We are taking pictures of the house and are having them posted to the

internet. I will let everyone know when they are posted and how to

access them. I hope that by posting them, that it will make others more

aware of how quickly a tragedy of this nature can strike and devastating

it is. I hope that it will encourage others to check the batteries on

their smoke/fire alarms and have fire extinguishers handy so that no one

else will have to endure this new challenge we are facing.

Again, let me thank you from the bottom of my heart. You guys are so

special and wonderful to try to help us and I appreciate it so much.

Dear Ilena,

          

Could you post??? Hope your day is GOOD!     As you know, Lany's

house burned to the ground last week. She and her husband, Dave, lost

everything they owned. They didn`t have time to save anything.

I talked to Lany on the phone this morning. She said that her spirits

rise and fall from day to day. Along with every possession, she lost

three

of her precious kitties. Lany and I have e-mailed back and forth for

about a year. I had never heard her voice. It is soft and strong. She

told me that she has gone back to her burned home several times to sift

through the ashes, trying to find the smallest thing from her past.

          

Lany has helped us all so much with her beautiful, and very informative

website, " Life After Breast Implants " . Could we each help her? If each

of us could send her even $10.00, I know it would lighten the heavy

financial burden on these two sweet people.
