Hey Olif and All,

I've uploaded my hair analysis. It's in the folder titled " Sunny " .

FYI, I had started taking copper 2 weeks ago (started with 4 and

upped to 6 and then to 8).

After a week, I added:

Calcium Citrate, Carbonate (600 mg)

Magnesium Citrate (450 mg)

Boron Citrate (3 mg)

Biotin (300 mcg)

PABA (300 mcg)

B1 (100 mg)

B2 (100 mg)

B3 (Niacin) (100 mg)

D3 (1200 UI)

I was planning to add:

Trace Minerals, Selenium, C, E, A, B5 (I seem to have forgotten about

this one), Chlorella and Cilantro (for toxic metals)

I didn't post the accompanying write up (it's, 9 pages long), but as

to nutritional elements out of range, I'll summarize as follows:

The write up notes that hair calcium, magnesium, sodium, and

potassium are difficult to interpret, but that hair zinc, copper,

manganese, chromium and lithium do correlate well with levels in

other body tissues.

In addition, and I quote:

" Observations at DDI indicate that potassium and sodium levels in

hair are commonly high in association with toxic element burden. The

elevated potassium and sodium levels are often concomitant with low

levels of calcium and magnesium in hair. This apparent phenomenon

requires further investigation. "

My feeling is that I have to deal with the toxic metals first. I am

beginning to think that this is the biggest problem for me. It is

probably the reason I am not properly metabolizing nutritional

elements and the reason for all the rest of the bodily chaos I have

going on. I don't think I'll be able to solve anything before I solve

this.

Again, suggestions are welcome. I have no idea how to proceed. I do

know that I can't do DMPS as I am dangerously allergic to sulpha (the

only allergy I have that I know of!)

Peace,

Sunny
