Am I Crazy to Refuse Treatment?

Yes, ER is horrific, and I really believe it was a major contributor

to my adrenal problems worsening and the hypoT. Since quitting a

couple of years ago, I've realized I never want to do it again. I

don't even think I want to be a nurse at all, but if I did, it would

be in a clinic, never in a hospital, even though the hospital pay was

much better.

Some people seem to thrive in a high, constant stress environment like

ER, but I have never functioned well in high stress situations, and 11

years of that during the time I went through a divorce, remarriage,

having another child (at age 43) was definitely overload.

Now I just want a quiet, peaceful life, although I've come to realize

that the reclusiveness and anxiety and lack of motivation I've had for

the past couple of years is not normal and I want to feel some energy

and vitality again.

The estrogen seems to be helping immensely. I really feel I've had an

E deficiency for many years.

Hey All,

I just got in and I'm exhausted, but wanted to share this little

tidbit - I got my hair analysis results today - zinc is LOW and copper

is NORMAL.

As you may recall, I have elevated T3 and T4 and low TSH.

Opinions/advice welcome..:)

Peace,

Sunny
