Suzy Dog:

Your post referred to the Sydney Conference summaries

by Dr. mund Vallings. Your header gave only the

email addresses of CFS News. Do I go to the web site

to get the summaries?

I received from CFS News a summary from Jill Booth.

Is this what you are referring to?

Sorry, I'm a bit confused on this - and don't want to

miss anything. Booth's summaries were terrific!!

Thanks. Martha

I have heard of tv's and VCR's you can rent or even buy that plug into a car

adapter! That would be my first choice! And a set of ear plugs (only

kidding, well, not really)!

Good luck,

These directions for a bath spongie are from essence,

BATH SPONGE

Materials:

1 yard bridal illusion - fine fabric available in most fabric stores

1 yard satin ribbon

Steps:

Lay the fabric out on a flat surface and fold it in thirds as you would fold

a letter. Starting at one end, scrunch the fabric together, working your way

to the opposite end. Tie a knot around the center of the gathered fabric.

Now, gather the two loose ends of the ribbon together, and tie into a second

knot.

Hang your sponge over the shower head or bath spout.

Wash you sponge by hand using Woolite and let air dry.

Love and God bless,

Kay

Gennafer,

Just saw this message. Any idea how far Vancouver is from the Tri-City area?

I'd love to come to this.

Robin-I'm from NY (Rochestor area) originally and now live in Austin, TX. My two

favorite states for polar opposite reasons :-)

I'll have to check ouyt your pics! (I'm on digest)

Donna-Yeah I got impatient on these tapes but then I missed a series I think

that they took off the market and redid and also Extreme still hasn't come to

any stores near me....so I splurged. I'm asking for Extreme from the Easter

Bunny..do you have it??

-Awesome! Can't wait to see you on tv!
