taking calcium w/copper

It seems that taking calcium with copper shouldn't be a problem (and might even

be a benefit if you are trying to lower zinc):

I think this article above explains why my daughter and I both have high zinc

and low copper. Our family eats a good amount of meat and not the accompanying

liver, which would protect us from imbalanced zinc/copper.

On top of our diet, I was supplementing myself with additional zinc!

Our beef (grass-fed) also comes from MI, and I am wondering if their soils are

high in zinc. I met someone online from MI, who also had high hair zinc and low

copper...
