Guest guest
It seems that taking calcium with copper shouldn't be a problem (and might even be a benefit if you are trying to lower zinc): http://bloodjournal.hematologylibrary.org/cgi/content/abstract/23/6/786 I think this article above explains why my daughter and I both have high zinc and low copper. Our family eats a good amount of meat and not the accompanying liver, which would protect us from imbalanced zinc/copper. On top of our diet, I was supplementing myself with additional zinc! Our beef (grass-fed) also comes from MI, and I am wondering if their soils are high in zinc. I met someone online from MI, who also had high hair zinc and low copper... -Olif
