Guest guest
As I understand -- achy joints, sore shoulders and back, weak knees and weak limbs, are all attributed to thyroid disorders. I have had and still have a few of these, on and off, and in varying degrees of achiness and soreness. I stretch and workout regularly -- both Eastern stretching exercises and minimal weight training. Needless to say, I get sore and achy muscles the following days. One usually get this only with strenuous or irregular workouts. The excess Thyroxine (consisting of T3s and T4s) in hyperthyroids and various side effects of ATD and beta blockers in hypothyroid will affect the muscular system.
