Patti I have a question.....In the past when I have received a post like Terri's that looks like it has been forwarded I have not responded mainly because I wasn't sure if the post would get back to her. Can you tell me why it has been forwarded just so I understand. I don't want other women to feel they are being ignored here and yet I'm not sure if my response will go to them or not. Sincerely, confused. lol

Jackie, and everyone else:

I forward messages from my own e-mail box that are either relevant to Saline Support, or intended for Saline support.

When it is relevant to Saline Support, I will write at the top of the letter "Respond to" and then the e-mail address that was in the header of the message that I am forwarding. When you respond to this person, it is mainly for their encouragement and to give them help as they go through this. Generally, they are not members of Saline Support, but of Ilena's group or people who write me directly. I have asked Ilena about posting her letters and she has given her blessings. If you want the Saline Support group to see the letter you send to the other person, you can do a cc (carbon copy, or courtesy copy) to the group as well.

In Terri's case, she mentioned to me that she was not sure if her posts were coming through to the group. She is a member of Saline Support already. I noticed her last letter came through only to my e-mail address, but it was clearly intended for the group. In this case, you can just hit "reply" and your letter will come back to the Saline Support group, as it should.

Hope this clears that up for you!

Patty
