Hi Pang,

I'd be more than happy to tell you how I'm doing.

It's great to hear from you Shinta. It's nice to hear from someone else that is

also taking

Thyroid-Throu. I'm happy for your progress. I hope you're doing well and

improving each

day.

I'm doing well. I feel great. Compared to August of last year, I see a

tremendous

improvement in my hyperthyroidism. I must say that Thyroid-Throu is a very

effective

herbal medicine in treating my hyperthyroidism. I do not take any Western

medication --

no Tapozole, no PTU, or any thyroid medication whatsoever. I don't even take

Propranolol

which was prescribed and recommended by several doctors. I only take 6

Thyroid-Throu

capsules in the morning and another 6 capsules before bed. Every other day or

so, I take a

Calcium Magnesium 1:1 (Calcium 500 mg/ Magnesium 500 mg) tablet as a supplement.

Patients with hyperthyroidism lose Calcium easily... which will later lead to

osteoporosis if

left untreated properly. I eat two or three bananas a day as this helps in

replenishing

Potassium. (Pang, I'm glad you know this.) I drink Green Tea daily. This is

merely my habit,

but I believe it's a good habit, as Green Tea strengthen the immune system and

provides

many benefits to the body. (If you like to drink Green Tea, make sure you get

the real

Green Tea from an Asian market and not the expensive brand name which is just

water-

downed tea branded with marketing bogus. And make sure it's straight Green Tea

and not

mixed tea like Jasmine Green Tea, etc. Truth is -- all teas are good for you,

but each kind

carries different flavour and slightly different health benefits).

I work out twice a week which include basic stretching, body conditioning with

weights,

and Northern Shaolin. Heal the sickness first, then strengthen the body. This is

the way to

complete recovery.

I still abstain from all seafood and iodine-rich products. I stay away from

fresh soybean,

and don't eat any bean or green bean products.

Two or three times a week, I have a very small cup of coffee. (Coffee is not

advisable if you

have hyperthyroidism, as it speeds up your pulse.)

Pang, I'm glad you have visited Greenlife's Website. Yes. I'd recommend

everyone, even if

you don't care about taking Thyroid-Throu, to read the information about thyroid

health

and diseases. They are very useful to known. The doctors at Greenlife are very

knowledgeable in thyroid-related disorders. And in my opinion, they know much

more

than the Western doctors do.

Thyroid-Throu seems expensive. And yes it is expensive as a treatment (mainly

because

it's not covered under insurance and you must pay out of your own pocket).

That's why I

have started working again to help pay for it. But for me, I look at it as a

minor cost to

regain my health.

Pang is right about their service. Since I've started Thyroid-Throu, the people

at Greenlife

have continually monitored my progress via emails. They always reply to any

questions I

have. (And if you write in their FAQs, they answer the very next day) They have

always

been upfront with me. They say that complete recovery is dependent on each

individual

according to the severity and uniqueness of each person's hyperthyroidism.

Let me and the group know how you're doing and if you do decide to take

Thyroid-Throu,

please update us regularly about your progress.

Take care.
