Guest guest
Hello all, How wonderful to find this group! I hope all of you are doing well. I have just been diagnosed with hyperT, and I'm a little freaked out, because I watched a roommate struggle with the same condition a few years ago. My best friend found 's website a couple of days ago, and she copied all the supplement info for me. I've bought a few (copper, cal/mag, biotin, niacin), but I really don't know what I'm doing yet. Anyway, I'd love to hear any stories of supplement use as treatment. Also, I currently have a job waiting tables, and we are very short- staffed, which can be pretty stressful, as it was tonight. I didn't handle the stress as well as usual- was forgetful, irritable, teary. Is that a fairly common experience? It's been so frustrating - one day, I have lots of energy and buzz around the restaurant, then the next two days I'm somewhat lethargic. Is it simply annoying or actually harmful for me to be working in a stressful job with this condition? Well, sorry for writing a novel - I'd appreciate any input. Thanks!
