Guest guest
Hi, Since being diagnoised with hyper thyroid nearly six years ago I'v had problems with my skin breaking out. I didn't have this much problem as a teenager so it is unsettling to have this concern at 41. I have found that MSM rubbed on my face daily keeps my skin very soft and nearly acne free. I have to be religious (oops I mentioned the R word) about using it daily otherwise the effects are not as dramatic. I've tried several different types of MSM and found fragrance free with non parabens as perservatives works best for me.
