Hi Caren,

I need to check with my daughter, Arden, WHCNP, about this. However, I

think she would say try moving the shots to noon for about 4-6 weeks. If

that doesn't improve things for you in the evenings, then try moving them to

about 2:00 PM, for the same length of time. In the meantime, I will talk to

her later next week to see what she recommends. Are you taking these shot

for anemia, or for other reasons?

During the day I feel pretty good. When the sun goes down my head

feels nasty. I don't understand it. Maybe I should give myself my B12

shot later in the afternoon instead of the morning. It is so

aggravating.I feel good during the day but so out of it at night

time.

Caren,

When I had my saliva tested, it was showing that at around 4 pm, I had a

huge drop in cortisol levels. That was when I would begin to feel crappy

too. I took something called Isocort. Can't say if it helped or not, as

my recovery has been so slow, but I think the goal should be to support the

adrenal glands. You might want to have your saliva checked for hormones as

well. My naturopath did the test, using a kit from the lab up in Washington

(can't remember the name off hand) and it wasn't that expensive.
