Guest guest
Hi everyone, I'm a vegetarian and liked to use blackstrap molasses as a supplement. Since I had iodine-induced hyperthyroidism my endocrinologist told me to cut down on iodine. But there are some foods I can't find the iodine content of anywhere (I know the content varies according to the soil things are grown in, but I need a guideline). Does anyone know how much iodine is in molasses or brewer's yeast, or where I could find this info? Thanks.
