Thanks for those details Peta.

I have been feeling okay and am down to very small doses of Carbimazole

again for the last couple of days and so hopefully won't need to see an endo

while I am here in the UK - but it is just GREAT to have the name of someone

recommended if I ever do need to see someone whilst visiting the folks.

I had lots of stomach problems when I first arrived but I have gone dairy

free again and it has helped alot in only three days. I think it was you

that asked about acid reflux a while ago (?) - For me, it's not always

reflux , tho that happens too, but but lots of unexplained burping and

indigestion, and upper left quadrant pain. It (guts ache) never seems to go

away entirely, but dairy definitely makes it all worse for me. It's strange

as when I was food allergy tested last year, milk was practically the only

thing I didn't have a slight reaction to (I had the pin prick skin test

thing done and they concluded that I had a leaky gut because I had

intolerances to most things but no full on allergies).

So, the short story is, I am enjoying my holiday immensely.

Still not sure about when I'll be down to Brighton but WILL be. I have been

enjoying wearing so many clothes - it's so chilly it's great!
