I didn't know about the possible hypersensitivity to yeast in the absence of

an actual infection. This sheds a new light on this subject. The things I

learn on this board . . .

Regarding yeast infections " down there " , I say ad nauseam!!!

Now that everyone on this board knows who has the " problem " , I invite those

of you who have potential cures to direct your responses to that individual

directly.

If you search around, I'm sure you'll find a board suited for posting women's

health problems.

You have taken this issue of " off topic " and run into the ground.

Enough already!!!!

Others have requested this same thing; and your sarcastic reply has stopped

them from complaining further. Well, I plan to keep on complaining until

this stops.

The last time I checked, this was supposed to be a thyroid board.

Re your message to stop writing about yeast infections:

1) You do make a point that, now that we know who has the problem, we can

e-mail privately (which, by the way, we have been doing if it seems that the

message would not be particularly beneficial to others on the board).

However, your accusation that those who spoke up earlier about the use of

off-topic e-mails on the board employed sarcasm was untrue--in fact, the only

use of sarcasm was your message, which was both sarcastic and hurtful (it's

hard enough discussing a persistant and embarrassing health problem as it

is). Your points about e-mailing privately and going to a women's health

board (which are valid points) could have been made in a helpful, rather than

hurtful, spirit.

2) Was anyone forcing you to read the e-mails? They were clearly marked

" off topic. " If you found the discussion to be " ad nauseam, " you simply

could have hit " delete " without opening the mail.

3) There may, indeed, be a connection between yeast and thyroid, as noted in

's recent e-mails.
