Hi everyone-

I just read in Runner's World that " just two servings of fortified

breakfast cereal dump enough iron in your system to block the absorption

of zinc, which is crucial for a strong immune system. " Hypers who eat a

lot of cereal might keep this in mind. The author was a well-respected

nutritionist, Liz Applegate, Ph.D.
