Hi Everyone,

Thanks Sandy for the message. It will be interesting to here what your

endo has to say. I'm wondering how much copper I should be taking to begin

with. I've just started taking zinc also, so I was judging by that. I'm

taking 50 mg of zinc and yesterday I had 8 mg of copper spread throughout

the day. I think maybe I should not do the zinc right now until the copper

builds up. I'm still feeling shaky in the morning even taking the Tapezole

which is not normal for me. I usually feel fine, a little tired, but fine.

Are there noticible side effects with adding these supplements? I'm also

taking antibiotics right now for a few more days due to an infection, maybe

this is causing the shakiness. I'm only taking 1000mg of calcium and 1000

mg of magnesium. Perhaps I need to increase those.

I wanted to mention also, that I was definitely at the point where if I

had anything with much iodine I really felt it. A big one was a

multi-vitamin/mineral I was taking. I started feeling terrible and

realized it must have been the iodine in it. If it's trace amounts or salt

it doesn't seem to bother me. I don't use much salt though.
