Fwd: Avocado pits and Iodine and Thyroid

Dear Jon,

Sorry for the rush of emails, but I forgot this one:

When getting treatment on Friday my healer told me to quarter avocado pits

and brew teas out of them to leach out the iodine in the pits for the

thyroid. Have you ever heard of this?
