Guest guest
I travel on airplanes alot for my business. Whenever I travel on airplanes I have experienced a " hyper " feeling after getting off the plane. It feels like a low grade anxiety, but it is physical, rather than psychological because I have no fear of flying. I have suspected that it was related to my hyperthyroidism. What is interesting is that for awhile now I have had no symptoms related to hyperthyroidism except that one. (I have been in remission since December of last year). About a week and half ago I began taking the trace minerals as suggested by . I take 2 mg. of Copper and 15 mg. of zinc (also some iodine and other trace minerals). When I flew to New Jersey last Monday (a six hour flight from California), I noticed something unusual. I no longer had that " hyper " sensation when deboarding the plane in either direction. I of course am wondering (and hoping) if the copper/zinc are the reason for that. I have had low normal TSH blood test results and look forward to my next TSH test to see if it has been affected by the copper/zinc minerals. I'll keep you all informed.
