In any event, I am the lady who was scared into taking radio active iodine by the good Doc? I would love to get off my daily thyroid extract, but I don't know what combination of minerals would do be effective and the dosages; do you have any suggestions? or might that be too dangerous to experiment? I would have to check to see how much my thyroid is putting out by itself!! Let me know what your thoughts are on that.
