Hi Vivian and everyone,

I'm still so happy thinking of your progress! This is what I've been hoping

for--to see people " get their lives back " . Now you see what I was talking

about -- so much energy!! (without heart problems, too!) I can't wait til

more people start feeling so good they can run again!

Yes, you need to total up all the nutrients you are getting from all your

sources to see what you're getting. Most minerals will be fine, but pay

attention particularly to chromium and selenium. Keep them to about 200 mcg

each. Glad to see you dropped your Vit C down to 500 mg.

You didn't mention how much zinc you have been taking in your new regimen and

I'm sure I'm not the only one curious about that. Everything else looks good

and since you're feeling good, that's the important proof.

So come down to the hangar more often and let everyone hear how it's going.
