Hi Lorna and everyone,

I think you are about the fifth person to tell me you're taking Centrum

multi-vit & mineral and everyone who has been taking it has not been doing well

on it. At this point I have no idea why, but maybe everyone who is not doing

well on it should try something else. The copper (2 mg) and the zinc (15 mg)

sound great and there should be no problem with the iodine, so I just don't

know what the problem could be.

I like to take everything separately so I can control what I take (the

exception being B-complex). If you are hypo, however, you probably need alot

more zinc and maybe less copper. Try 50 mg of zinc and 1 mg of copper to

start with and see what happens. Of course, take lots of kelp--up to 10-15

tablets a day. Also, selenium (200 mcg), iron (you need about 18 mg a day),

potassium (eat bananas), and manganese (try the minimum). Hopefully those

will help. Maybe don't take any multiple for now. Once you get better, maybe

consider one.
