Listen - you got a kid with autism? You can't DO everything, no matter HOW

much money you have, so you do WHAT YOU CAN and target what's most

effective.

You have anger? NO KIDDING!!! Guess what - anger and a million bucks won't

get your kid well, because anger makes you blind & shortsighted. You have to

be TOUGH enough and SMART enough to put anger in the backseat so your brain

and actions actually accomplish something.

What ARE you doing??? Are you a member of the dozens of online groups where

parents focus their time, energy, research, mutual support and efforts to

take care of healing their kid one step at a time, or do you just go and

rant about & to anyone who will listen?

It's not like you are alone, after all, 1:58 boys has a parent or two who

are in the same boat.

Even IF you find the end to this hunt you have undertaken to (ultimately)

expose the difference between what other countries permit treatment to

include and what the US political scene decides you can have, what then???

Will your kid be better?

Will you have made a difference in your kid's life?

Will you have made a difference in your own?

No.

A street smart tough chick knows there's ONE RULE above all...there are no

magic bullets, there are no magic wands, there are no Prince Charmings or

Knights in White Armor coming to sweep you off your feet, kiss the boo-boos

and make it all better. Street smart tough chicks learn HOW to get things

done with less than everyone else.

IHMF - your fight is with yourself. As long as you believe the best you can
