Allergies and Super Sinus Infections

As most of you may be aware of It's time or should I say past time for allergies

and sinus infections.

 

I wanted to give you all a real good tip. Saline washes are the most effective

way to avoid Sinus infections.

 

I'm not sure but may of may have heard fo the Nedi pot. Awesome for doing saline

rinses. This will flush out the sinuses and keep them clear not letting it set

up infection.
