For you ladies who have recently gotten your implants out, I want to

make a suggestion to you....

Please make sure you get a copy of your operative report, and check

through it to make sure there are notations in the report that state

that all of the scar tissue and capsule were removed.

I remember one woman I knew who read over her operative report, and

was alarmed to read that only the anterior capsules were removed,

leaving the posterior ones in her body, after she had already

discussed the importance of a total capsulectomy with her doctor. He

was a liar and dishonorable doctor in my opinion--he should have done

whatever it took to get all the scar tissue out. She realized she

was not getting better, and a year later ended up going through

another surgery with a different doctor, who got in there and dug out

the rest of the scar capsule from her chest. It cost her over

$10,000 to do that additional surgery.

So, make sure you read that report and check it over real good for

signs that all of the scar tissue was removed, and not just parts of

it.
