Any chance UHC or Medicaid Tefra in SC covers dx:encephalopathy for Autism?

I got a script for HBOT from the DAN doc for 348.30 (Encephalopathy) &

985.0. i called the hospital with a chamber and they said it is off

label for autism & may consider working with us if we can get a

preauthorization from insurance. my doc just sent in a request to

United Health Care for 40 dives. has anyone had private insurance or

medicaid tefra pay for HBOT for a small child with ASD?
